Answering the important questions.

When is the event? 

Mountain Summit 2026 runs from 10 am on the 17th to 10 am on the 19th of November.

Where is the event?

IXORA Hotel and Spa, set just outside of Conwy in North Wales. Modern rooms, panoramic mountain views and the hotel all to ourselves. The surroundings are part of why it works.

Will I get my own room?

Yes. Everyone receives their own individual room for both nights.

How do I get there?

IXORA has free onsite parking and is easily accessible by car. The nearest train station is 7 miles away in Conwy, providing easy access to the hotel.

What do I need to bring?

After you book, our team will send you a full kit list closer to the event. Comfortable clothing for indoor sessions and something warm for outdoor experiences. We take care of everything else.

What will I eat and drink?

Everything at Mountain Summit is designed to fuel you to be your best, including the food. Our menu focuses on vegetarian and vegan dishes that energise you for an intense day rather than weigh you down. All meals and drinks across the full event are included in your ticket.

 

Mountain Summit is a dry event. We have a range of non alcoholic drinks for social occasions throughout the two days.

We do not announce them in advance. What we will say is that they are created exclusively for Mountain Summit and they are a significant part of why people leave changed rather than just informed. It should be noted that the experiences are physical so if you need any assistance, please let us know in advance.

How physical are the activities?

You will be encouraged to push yourself but nothing is compulsory. The experiences are designed to open you up, not intimidate you. Whatever your starting point, there is something in it for you.

How long are the days?

Our itinerary runs from 10am to 11pm on the 17th and 7am to 11pm on the 18th. The days are long but every moment is there for a reason. You will not be watching the clock.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept online payment, please visit the ‘Book now’ page and follow the payment instructions.

If you are paying through a business and would like to pay by invoice, this can be arranged. Please contact our Customer Services Team to let us know.

What fees and taxes will I be charged?

The ticket price is +20% vat.

Is there a discount for multiple tickets?

Yes. Buy two or more and you will receive 10% off your total order, applied automatically at checkout.

How will I get my tickets if I buy them online?

Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you will be contacted by our Events Team.

Do you offer refunds?

Up to 35 days before the event – full refund

Up to 35 days before the event and you’ve received our posted Welcome Pack – 90% refund 

28 days or less before the start of the event – no refund

Non-attendance at the event – no refund

What if the event is cancelled or postponed?

You will be contacted as soon as the decision is made to cancel or postpone, with information about your options.
