When is the event?
Mountain Summit will be from 5pm Tuesday 2nd May 2023 to 10am Thursday 4th May 2023.
Where is the event?
The venue is a 5* Hostel in Plas Curig, in the heart of Snowdonia. Also rated 5* on Trip Advisor.

How do I get to the venue?
There are loads of ways of getting to the venue. By train, bus, bike, taxis, and by car and car share. Environmentally friendly options are encouraged! Travel instructions are outlined here. However, upon purchasing your ticket, we will work with you to ensure your journey to the site is smooth and easy.
What do I need to bring?
Once you’ve bought your ticket, and closer to the event date, you will be contacted by our events team who will send you a ‘kit list’ of what to pack. This will include comfortable indoor clothes and outdoor wet weather kit. Don’t worry though, we will be providing all the specialised kit you’ll need for the planned activities.
What will there be to eat and drink?
After the success and pretty incredible feedback from our 2022 event; we have invited back the amazing Garden Eatery, Hale to do the catering for 2023 again. Focussing on an incredible vegan diet giving you all the nutrition you need to keep you brain and body fully focused and ready to tackle the packed agenda!
Where will I sleep?
This is a luxury hostel so you can expect to sleep in your own spacious bed, complete with sliding privacy door and welsh sheep’s wool blankets in luxury mixed dorms. Check out the photos in our Gallery for a peek at what to expect.
What physical activities will there be?
We are currently firming up the activity schedule, however, there won’t be any particularly strenuous activity at this event although there will be activity. We are firming this up at the moment but we encourage everyone to give this a go, but we understand some participants may not want to take part, and that is perfectly fine.
Will there be entertainment?
This immersive experience is a serious one. It is all about focusing on your personal and professional development, identifying the journey you want to take, and finding clarity and your true purpose. However, there will be plenty of fun too! There will be music throughout the entire event and some fire pit dancing we’re sure!
How long are the days going to be?
We’re going to make the most of every day we have. This will mean getting up for early breakfasts and each evening will run until late.

Are there venue terms and conditions?
Yes there are – you can find them here, However please note that only some Conditions apply to you. Many are in relation to ordinary guests.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept online payment – please visit the ‘Buy Tickets’ page and follow the payment instructions.
If you are paying through a business and would like to pay by invoice, this can be arranged. Please contact our Customer Services Team to let us know.
What fees and taxes will I be charged?
Ticket price is +20% vat.
How will I get my tickets if I buy them online?
Once you’ve purchased your tickets you will be contacted by our Events Team.
Do you offer refunds?
- Up to 35 days before the event – full refund
- Up to 35 days before the event and you’ve received our posted Welcome Pack – 90% refund
- 28 days or less before the start of the event – no refund
- Non-attendance at the event – no refund
What if the event is canceled or postponed?
You will be contacted as soon as the decision is made to cancel or postpone, with information about your options.

Is it possible to sponsor the event?
Yes! We make it easy to get your branding in front of our Mountain Summit business leaders and entrepreneurs.
What sponsorship opportunities are there?
We have a range of flexible sponsorship packages available to suit your marketing needs – across advertising including website branding, social media and email promotion, onsite branding, sponsored gifts in goody bags, and exclusive speaking slots at the event itself.
